Job summary

You will coordinate with attorneys and outside vendors, review payment histories and documents, and support team members through a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of office work or mortgage servicing experience
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Detail oriented with careful attention to accuracy
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Monitor loans through bankruptcy process stages
• Coordinate with outside vendors and attorneys
• Monitor weekly reports and manage high volume tasks
• Respond to and escalate items with attorneys
• Ensure document filing deadlines are met
• Review bankruptcy documents and payment histories
