Qualifications

• 2-4 years finance or bankruptcy experience
• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Ability to multitask and independently manage time daily to ensure productivity and goals

Responsibilities

• Manage bankruptcy accounts across Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Discharge, and other processes.
• Review account data, petitions, plans, court orders, and collateral status to determine treatment.
• Prepare, file, track, and update proofs of claim, plan documents, notices, and related correspondence.
• Research case information and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate reaffirmation, surrender, or other resolutions per legal rights.
