• Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian a plus given our client base
• Self-directed but collaborative

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage a caseload of consumer and small‑business bankruptcy matters from intake through discharge, including drafting petitions, handling Section 341 meetings, responding to motions and objections, and appearing in court.
• Depending on strengths, you may also work on contested matters, adversary proceedings, and foreclosure defense filings.
• You’ll work directly with clients, so explaining options in plain language matters as much as technical skill.
