Brock & Scott, PLLC is hiring a Bankruptcy Analyst I in Mount Laurel, NJ to monitor bankruptcy processes from filing to release. You will process notices, discharges, Proofs of Claim, and plan reviews while maintaining accurate reconciliations in a shared service environment.
Daily duties include auditing customer charges, loading case information, and ensuring compliance with FDCPA and investor guidelines. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking are required.

The Bankruptcy Analyst I is responsible for ensuring the bankruptcy process is monitored and associated tasks are completed accurately and timely from the time of filing through to release. This position will perform activities related to bankrupt accounts including but not limited to processing new notices, discharges, Proof of Claim, Notice of Payment Change, Notice of Post-Petition Fee, Plan Review/Objection, preparing reaffirmation agreements, perform reconciliations, and case closures in a shared service environment.
$22.00-$25.00/hr.
The compensation amount is not guaranteed. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position, however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
Brock & Scott, PLLC offers an attractive benefit package to full-time employees on the 1st of the following month of hire.The insurance portion includes medical, dental, voluntary life, voluntary vision, and critical illness, all at competitive rates. Atthe 90-day introductory period, the Firm also provides a basic life insurance policy in the amount of one time your annual salary (with a minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $200,000.00) at no cost.
Full-time employees receive paid holidays, including six (6) firm-recognized holidays and one (1) Day of Observance, as well as a PTO package of 14 days per year. PTO accrues monthly and is credited on the 15th of each month, in accordance with firm policy. PTO benefits increase after 2 years of employment and again after 5 years of employment. After six months of service, employees over the age of 21 become eligible to participate in the firm's 401(k) plan at the beginning of the next quarter.
Employment with Brock & Scott, PLLC is contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings and verifications, which may include, but are not limited to, a criminal background check, conflict of interest check, employment and education verification (as applicable), and a pre-employment drug screening. Drug testing is conducted only after a conditional offer of employment has been extended and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
