COCC is seeking an Application Specialist I to provide exceptional front-line support to financial institution clients using COCC’s banking technology solutions. You’ll work hands-on with core banking systems and reporting tools, delivering timely, accurate solutions and maintaining detailed case records.

Qualifications

• Front-line support experience for banking clients is preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, and clearly communicate technical information.
• Experience with document solutions and case management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client support across multiple channels
• Answer inquiries regarding system use and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application-related issues
• Research and document solutions while maintaining accurate case records
• Maintain service standards and ensure timely, effective resolutions
• Collaborate with team members and internal partners to enhance the client experience
• Continuously build product knowledge through training and hands-on learning
