Job summary

You will own the client-facing technology capability, working with clients to identify needs, shape practical solutions, and lead the work to deliver results.

You must have owned a core function inside a bank and connect business priorities with data, processes, and technology. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Banking operating experience with ownership of a core function.
• Ability to connect banking priorities to technology and data.
• Experience delivering client-facing technology solutions in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice strategy, growth, and revenue for banking technology offerings.
• Guide client discovery, create business cases, and develop roadmaps.
• Assess banking ecosystems including core banking, payments, lending, and channels.
• Develop proposals, define scope and delivery commitments for clients.
• Ensure delivery accountability from design through adoption and outcomes.
• Create reusable IP and accelerators; apply AI responsibly where value is shown.
• Build banking and technology partnerships to strengthen delivery capacity.
