Cognizant is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead strategic technology delivery, client engagement, digital transformation, and portfolio growth initiatives for a major Banking and Financial Services client. The role requires strong domain expertise in Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, and Retirement Services, with proven experience managing large portfolios and consulting-led engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery, consulting, or engineering leadership.
• Proven experience managing large technology portfolios within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong domain expertise in Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, and Retirement Services.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled engineering transformation and GenAI adoption across the SDLC.
• Experience driving modernization, cloud-native platforms, APIs, and platform engineering.
• Ability to lead executive-level client relationships and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic Banking, Payments, Wealth & Retirement technology programs with governance and business outcomes.
• Build and manage executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor for technology strategy.
• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs including modernization, cloud, and quality engineering.
• Drive AI-led engineering transformation with GenAI-enabled SDLC practices and automation accelerators.
• Provide technology leadership across architecture, delivery planning, engineering execution, risk management, and operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of delivery managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and PMs.
• Support account growth through consulting engagements, solutioning, proposals, and exec presentations.
• Establish delivery best practices, reusable frameworks, governance models, and productivity metrics.
