Cognizant is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead strategic technology delivery, client engagement, and portfolio growth for a major Banking and Financial Services client. You will drive outcomes through modernization and AI-led transformation.

The role requires deep domain expertise in banking, payments, wealth management, and retirement services, with a track record of managing large portfolios, guiding cloud adoption, and leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery or engineering leadership.
• Experience managing large portfolios and strategic client relationships in Banking/FS.
• Domain expertise in Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, Retirement Services.
• Proven success in app development, modernization, cloud, data, integration, QA.
• Hands-on AI-enabled engineering transformation and Generative AI in SDLC.
• Strong enterprise architecture and cloud-native platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic Banking, Payments, Wealth & Retirement programs, ensuring governance, quality, and outcomes.
• Build and manage executive-level client relationships, advising on technology strategy and modernization.
• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs including modernization, cloud, platform engineering, integrations, and QA.
• Drive AI-led engineering transformation with GenAI-enabled SDLC, copilots, intelligent testing, and automation accelerators.
• Provide leadership across solution architecture, delivery planning, engineering execution, risk management, and operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of delivery managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and PMs.
• Support account growth through consulting-led engagements, solutioning, proposals, and exec presentations.
• Establish best practices, reusable frameworks, governance models, and productivity metrics.
