Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead strategic technology delivery, client engagement, and portfolio growth for a major Banking and Financial Services client. The role requires deep domain expertise in banking, payments, wealth management, and retirement services, with a focus on modernization and AI-enabled engineering transformation.

You will own end-to-end delivery of large programs, build executive relationships, and guide modernization initiatives across cloud,

Qualifications

15+ years in technology delivery, consulting, program management, or engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Banking, Payments, Wealth & Retirement technology programs.
Build and manage executive-level client relationships as trusted advisor for technology strategy and modernization.
Lead large-scale digital transformation programs including cloud adoption and platform engineering.
Drive AI-led engineering transformation and GenAI adoption across the SDLC.
Provide technology leadership across architecture, delivery planning, engineering execution, risk management, and operations.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of delivery managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and program managers.
Support account growth through consulting-led engagements, solutioning, and executive presentations.
Establish delivery best practices, reusable frameworks, governance models, and productivity metrics.
