Qualifications

• Assists with end-to-end staffing lifecycle from requisition to hire.
• Provides guidance on recruitment questions, candidate sourcing and interviewing.
• Supports HR processes and applicant tracking system usage.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using diverse channels.
• Review and pre-screen applicants based on resumes and assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and onboard new hires.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies as needed.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment metrics and reporting.
