Job summary

Heritage Bank is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an on-site role in Tacoma, WA. The position supports full lifecycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to fill branch, commercial, and specialty roles.

You will source candidates through diverse channels, screen applicants, and help with interviews while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting. This is a fully on-site, regular full-time role with a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2 years of talent acquisition or recruiting support experience required.
• Experience with HRIS and ADP WFN is highly desirable in banking/finance.
• Professional credentials such as PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle recruitment from requisition to hire for branch and commercial roles.
• Source active and passive candidates using multiple channels and tools.
• Screen candidates, conduct phone screens and assist with interviews as needed.
• Provide timely feedback to applicants and partners with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruiting activity reports and dashboards for the department.
