Job summary

A BA/BS and 1 year of relevant experience are required; strong communication, project management, and proficiency with MS Office and ATS tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 1 year minimum recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; intermediate.
• Experience partnering with management and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Executes full recruiting cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offers for defined areas.
• Ensures recruiting processes meet regulatory guidelines (OFCCP, EEOC, OCC).
• Supports diversity programs and candidate sourcing to meet goals.
• Develops service level agreements with business partners and manages cost per hire.
• Prepares management reports on recruiting effectiveness.
• Guides HR Partners to ensure corporate standards are met.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
