Job summary

Border Bank is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The role offers flexibility to office at any Border Bank location in Fargo, ND, or several MN communities. You will assist customers via phone and email, resolving questions and requests to maintain a positive experience.

Shifts are Monday–Friday 8:00am–6:00pm with rotating Saturdays 8:00am–noon, paid at double time. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Banking experience and/or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-focused with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers via phone and email.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve questions with accuracy.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to assist customers.
