Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in customer service or related role; teller experience preferred.
• Must be articulate, English fluent with strong diction and grammar.
• Proficient at maintaining dialogue and documenting customer responses in systems.
• High level interpersonal skills for sensitive situations; available extended nights and weekends.
• Adheres to banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, eChat, and online banking.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and service information.
• Support sales goals by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Provide online and digital banking support including Zelle and debit card issues.
• Handle inquiries promptly and professionally while ensuring first-call resolution where possible.
• Research issues and escalate to proper personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and documentation.
