Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking or similar field.
• Previous retail banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account issues.
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints.
• Support branch sales/service activities through seminars and promotional events.
• Adhere to regulatory procedures to ensure safety of assets.
• Assess risk and escalate control issues with transparency.
