Citi in Bay Shore, New York is seeking an entry-level Universal Banker to support customer service and sales activities in a branch. The role aims to foster customer relationships and grow loyalty through accurate service and basic account handling.

The position is part-time and requires good communication skills and basic banking knowledge. You will collaborate with the team to assist customers, process transactions, and refer opportunities to partners as appropriate.

Formación

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer.
• Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities out of service transaction and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch by participating in seminars and campaigns.
• Adhere to operational controls to ensure safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations; escalate issues as needed.
