Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Strategy consulting experience
• Minimum 4 years of Banking/Capital Markets/Payments experience at business-technology intersection
• Minimum 3 years delivering analytics or digital technology projects for financial services clients
• Minimum 4 years of leading large-scale transformation programs
• Minimum 4 years of managing consulting or project teams
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of commercial banking strategy engagements with focus on growth, operating model, client experience and digital transformation
• Lead teams delivering banking strategy solutions for client needs
• Build relationships with senior client leaders and partner to create strategic solutions
• Advise on market growth, client segmentation, relationship management and payments strategies
• Integrate AI tools into engagement delivery to unlock value
• Provide quantitative analysis to generate insights and recommendations
• Contribute to Accenture’s Banking practice through thought leadership and client-facing content
• Mentor junior Strategy team members
• Travel may be required depending on client demand
