Responsibilities

• Promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services as necessary.
• Cross-selling products and services to generate new business for the financial institution.
• Opens new accounts following procedures for entering customer information, verifying identity, OFAC lookup, printing forms, obtaining signatures, indexing documents, and submitting information to the core system.
• Issues ATM or Debit Cards and instructs customers regarding proper use.
• Assists customers with Internet Banking and Mobile Banking access and use.
• Prepares contracts and access cards as necessary to rent financial institution safe deposit boxes.
