Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Universal Banker to join our branch team in Winona, Minnesota. The role combines Client Service Representative, Teller and admin duties to deliver friendly, efficient service and to identify client needs.

You will open and maintain retail accounts, process transactions, balance cash, and cross-sell bank products while complying with federal and state regulations. The position requires strong communication, accuracy and the ability to multi-task in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two-year degree in business related coursework preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Minimum one year customer service experience required.
• One year of previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and direct to appropriate department.
• Open and maintain retail deposit accounts.
• Suggest products and services that meet clients’ needs.
• Perform debit card and internet banking maintenance.
• Assist with basic service requests for retail banking products.
• Refer clients to proper co-workers for other banking assistance.
• Process client transactions and balance cash drawer and/or vault daily.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the bank.
• Provide access to safe deposit boxes and support other departments as needed.
