Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or CS preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• A+ and MCSE certifications preferred.
• Key industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective technical support for all users.
• Lead projects for platform delivery, scope, plans, and coordination.
• Collaborate with business units and vendors to identify information requirements.
• Define client requirements and system interfaces; assess technologies and costs.
• Work with systems, operations, and IT to enable multi‑platform development.
• Document system specifications and maintain policies and procedures.
• Maintain project status reports and ensure stakeholder communication.
