Job summary

First United Bank in Durant, OK seeks a Customer Care Digital Support Specialist I to ensure Online Banking, Online Account Opening, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and Bill Pay operate smoothly for digital customers and business lines.

You will act as a subject matter expert on digital channel products, coordinate with Digital Operations, and perform UAT and regression testing for releases while supporting special projects and maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to a year banking experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Digital or Online Banking Operations required.
• Good understanding of bank operations, products and services required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on digital channel products and processes, including Online Banking, Online Account Opening, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and Bill Pay.
• Monitor, resolve, and escalate Salesforce Cases submitted by Lines of Business to Digital Operations.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for digital products and releases and conduct regression testing.
• Coordinate and complete special digital product projects as assigned by Supervisor.
