Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years banking or deposit operations experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to interpret policies and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Perform account maintenance and update customer information.
• Maintain debit card administration and resolve declines.
• Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
• Research ACH and check returns, stop payments, and exceptions.
• Monitor overdraft privilege, charge-offs, and recoveries.
• Review dormant and escheat accounts.
• Assist with fraud detection and risk mitigation.
• Research customer issues and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain audit-ready records and documentation.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with branches and other departments to resolve issues.
• Participate in training and comply with BSA/AML and policies.
