Job summary

BancBridge Software Systems Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Software Solutions Engineer to resolve complex production issues for customers using mission-critical financial systems.

You will analyze behavior, configurations, logs, and environments to find root causes and deliver reliable, secure solutions. You will collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product Management, assist with deployments and upgrades, and create technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise software, implementing software solutions, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex software, configuration, integration, and connectivity issues.
• Experience supporting Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Basic understanding of software development principles and the ability to read and understand source code. Experience with C++ is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex production issues for enterprise customers.
• Analyze application behavior, system configurations, logs, and customer environments to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot software integration, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate troubleshooting activities with customers, implementation teams, and third-party technology partners.
• Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of critical production incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with software deployments, upgrades, and new product releases.
• Communicate technical information clearly through documentation, email, conference calls, and customer meetings.
• Help improve product quality by identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions.
