• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products and generate referrals.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies with manager.
• Maintain professional teller area and assist customers with safe deposit services.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and bank policies.
