Carter Bank is seeking a Financial Services Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through everyday banking needs with a proactive, personalized approach.

In this role you will process transactions, educate customers on self-service options, build relationships, and refer to partners to support financial goals; you will also help maintain branch efficiency and uphold compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Prior cash handling experience preferred
