Qualifications

• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities to grow customer relationships.
• Welcomes and guides customers, offering advice on digital and self-serve options for quick banking.
• As a lobby leader, conducts conversations about banking services and recommends channels and investments.
• Meets customer needs with seamless execution and proactive guidance.
• Reviews profiles to identify opportunities addressing everyday banking and credit card needs.
• Supports branch operations including inventory, requests, and application follow-up.
