Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via incoming calls, outbound calls, and emails related to banking and lending.
• Act as single point of contact for Financial Professionals and their assistants, ensuring responsiveness and accuracy.
• Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of LPL banking and lending platforms and internal resources.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, regulatory and banking requirements, and adapt to changes.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to drive process improvements and service outcomes.
