Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls and emails related to banking and lending.
• Serve as single point of contact for Financial Professionals and their assistants, ensuring first-call resolution where possible.
• Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of LPL banking platforms and internal processes; explain differences to advisors clearly.
• Ensure compliance with LPL policies and banking regulations and collaborate with UMB Bank for product growth.
