Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services (wealth management or banking)
• Ability to quickly learn and maintain knowledge in a dynamic environment
• Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls and emails related to banking and lending
• Develop subject matter expertise on LPL banking and lending platforms and share learnings
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, regulatory and banking requirements
• Collaborate across teams and with UMB Bank to drive product growth and improve the service model
• Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold company values
