Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Banking Service Technician in Nashville, TN to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking equipment including alarm systems, CCTV, and drive-up units. Excellent communication and customer-service orientation are essential for success in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

The role involves installing, testing, and servicing non-routine systems, working with remote drive-up equipment, and supporting team members to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience with drive-up, locking and electronic banking systems.
• Basic understanding of DVRs and networked video systems.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work in a service-focused banking environment.
• Ability to follow health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and services remote drive-up, locking and electronic systems.
• Installs, tests, and maintains drive-up banking equipment including ATMs, vaults, and CCTV.
• Responds to service calls, including after-hours, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with team to improve operations and shares knowledge with less experienced staff.
