• Promotes the sale of Bank products and services to customers through the bank's sales process.
• Responds to requests and proactively approach customers regarding service, products, and account information.
• Processes the opening of accounts with CIP/CDD checks and disclosures.
• Processes transactions including closing of accounts and verifies information to prevent fraud.
• Handles ATM and Debit MasterCard processing and updates core system records.
• Performs clerical tasks, filing, and updating account information.
• Maintains compliance with Regulation P and conducts customer follow-up to ensure service levels.
• Gathers product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers and answers queries.
