IBC Bank is seeking a Sales Associate for an in-office role in the Retail Sales and Service department. The position focuses on delivering the IBC Experience to customers by offering bank products and services and building new relationships. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of people-facing experience. Expect in-branch duties, compliance adherence, and occasional travel between branches.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Customer service oriented and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Meet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services to walk-in customers, follow-up calls, onboarding, and outreach activities.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the New Account Opening Process.
• Support Branch Manager with adherence to the Compliance Facility Checklist.
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies.
• Flexibility to travel and assist other branches.
• Flexibility to assist and perform teller operations.
• Attend meetings and other events.
• Maintain individual sales performance goals.
• Promptly respond to and communicate customer complaints.
• Assist with on-the-job sales training.
• Other duties as assigned.
