IBC Bank in Texas is seeking a Sales Associate to provide efficient customer and financial services while delivering the IBC Experience. You will meet customer needs by promoting bank products and establishing new relationships in an in-office setting.

Essential duties include delivering prompt customer service, supporting branch operations, travel to assist other branches, and maintaining sales objectives. A high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of customer-facing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service to provide the IBC Experience.
• Promote bank products to meet customer financial needs and establish relationships.
• Assist with branch opening/closing and dual control procedures.
• Follow the New Account Opening Process policies and procedures.
• Support the Branch Manager with compliance checklists.
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies.
• Travel to assist other branches as needed.
• Assist with teller duties and related operations when required.
• Attend meetings and other events; meet individual sales goals.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with on-the-job sales training and other duties as assigned.
