United Community Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to provide lending services in accordance with bank policies and procedures. You will develop customer relationships to include deposits and credit services.

You will interview loan applicants, order credit reports, analyze requests, and ensure compliance while delivering high-quality service. Strong communication and sales focus are essential, along with community involvement.

Formación

• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of consumer credit structuring, lending practices, and customer relationship management.
• Must complete all required compliance training including Bank Secrecy Act/AML training.
• NMLS initial registration and annual renewal required, including fingerprinting and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customer relationships to include all deposit products and credit services.
• Interview consumer loan applicants and request information for loan applications.
• Accept loan applications and notify applicants of loan decisions.
• Order credit reports and recommend loan terms.
• Review, analyze, and process consumer lending requests in compliance with policies.
• Stay abreast of current and developing lending regulations.
• Provide efficient, high-quality service while maintaining good customer relations.
• Attend and serve in community functions, boards, and committees as necessary.
