Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Preferred Banker to manage a portfolio of high-value customers across multiple branches. You will leverage deposits, consumer/home lending, investments and credit management to align clients with suitable deposit and loan products.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, educating customers on online/mobile banking, and deepening relationships through cross-selling while adhering to risk and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and sales in banking or financial services.
• FINRA licenses: need 3 of 5 licenses in active status; must obtain remaining within 120 days if not present.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grows customer relationships across assigned portfolio.
• Educates customers on online/mobile banking and refers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Maintains knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide best service.
• Demonstrates banking, investments, lending, and sales acumen while ensuring compliance.
