Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sales campaigns/promotions and with digital self-service tools.
• Ability to identify customer needs while applying a digital first mindset.
• Strong capability to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to serve clients.
