Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of bank operations experience.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Strong problem-solving, metrics, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and lead teams.
• Proven track record in Lean, Six Sigma and AOM with certification goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates documentation of processes and controls.
• Acts as SME for units' functions and processes.
• Designs and supports process improvement initiatives across areas.
• Collaborates with IT, Risk, Ops and other teams to drive improvements.
• Manages technology change control and guides project activities.
• Prioritizes workload and delivers quality results on time.
• Leads a team of direct reports and fosters development.
