Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business Administration, MIS or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience as an analyst documenting and testing technical projects or process improvements.
• Experience leading requirements sessions and translating business needs into functional documentation and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with bank departments to gather and clarify needs for reporting and process improvements.
• Document detailed requirements and process flows aligned with business goals.
• Perform functional testing and validate deliverables prior to user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Lead iterative UAT cycles, gather feedback, and resolve defects.
• Coordinate regression testing during system upgrades to ensure stability.
• Validate data accuracy for reports and data feeds.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot workflow/reporting tools.
• Track defects and enhancement requests for deployed workflows and reports.
