Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Procedures Writer to develop, review, and maintain bank procedures across banking centers. You will document steps, ensure regulatory alignment, and manage the procedures library with ongoing updates and approvals.

You will collaborate with SMEs and management, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, and Risk teams, and support training to standardize processes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and experience in banking or financial services.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Background in regulatory compliance or risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document steps and requirements to create procedures per Bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the company-wide Procedures library and ensure accuracy.
• Present procedures to management for approval and update processes as needed.
• Manage lifecycle of procedures from request to publication and periodic reviews.
