Responsibilities

• Process daily domestic and foreign wire origination and related documentation.
• Handle debit card support and Reg. E claims processing.
• Mgr Business VISA card support, onboarding clients and cardholders.
• Process daily exception items and postings corrections.
• Perform account maintenance and cash letter adjustments.
• Respond to client inquiries about ACH RDFI processing.
