Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ banking experience in banking operations or new accounts.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills for online banking and treasury tools.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and train clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Banking Officers and clients with online banking and treasury tools.
• Manage returned items, NSF activity, and online banking support.
• Demonstrate online banking and treasury management software to clients.
• Train new clients to use ACH, Online Wires, and Positive Pay.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements in all activities.
