Summit Bank in Bend, OR seeks a courteous Business Courier/ Client Services Representative to support branch operations and serve clients with friendly professionalism.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing routine teller transactions, handling deposits and cash, answering phones, coordinating with team, and delivering documents and packages across Central Oregon. The role combines courier duties with in-branch client service to ensure accurate, timely banking interactions.

Qualifications

• One (1) year Teller cash-handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Professional and personable presentation, with the ability to maintain a high level of energy.
• Team oriented.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, speak clearly to clients, colleagues, directors, and shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Greet each client as they enter the branch lobby and refer clients to Lending Advisor or appropriate team member.
• Be knowledgeable about and able to efficiently deliver a variety of general banking products and services.
• Assist and direct retail clients in a friendly and courteous manner; counsel clients on Bank services.
• Process savings, checking, and loan transactions within 90 days; issue cashier’s checks and balance general ledger.
