Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of bank operations/reconciliation experience with a solid background in payment operations.
• Excellent customer service experience with a minimum of 3 years working with customer relations.
• Experience with imaging systems and printing IRD's.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry and process reconciliations for banking operations.
• Provide troubleshooting support for clients using online banking systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries and product utilization.
