Responsibilities

• Respond to branch inquiries on operational issues with professional customer service.
• Act as liaison between Market Leadership, Platform Sales, Tellers and support departments.
• Help implement new processes and coordinate branch openings/closings.
• Review policies for reasonableness; draft and maintain procedures as directed.
• Assist in producing departmental reports and supporting training.
