Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Business Analyst for the OneCall program, based in CityScape. You will analyze Deposits operations, treasury management, and commercial banking products, collaborating with technology and leadership to drive improvements and operational efficiency.

The role focuses on supporting FIS systems, process optimization, and effective change management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations and treasury management.
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Intermediate data analysis skills and ability to identify cases to mitigate bank risks.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems.
• Intermediate spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support systems, processes, procedures, products and services to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align with organizational strategy.
• Lead analysis and resolution of complex operational challenges across the organization.
• Provide on-demand expertise in banking and deposit operations as a specialist in FIS systems.
• Manage change and document training materials; act as liaison across departments.
• Define business requirements, assess impacts, and prioritize initiatives.
