Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of related experience.
• Or a high school diploma/GED with seven years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Works with managers on capacity planning, forecasting, and unit costing.
• Contributes to workflows or process redesigns to maximize efficiency.
• Creates and maintains policies, procedures and training materials.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and cybersecurity practices.
• Works under limited to moderate supervision to solve moderately complex issues.
• May define user requirements and assist with user acceptance testing.
• May manage small projects or contribute to task forces.
• May own regular reporting or process administration tasks.
