Responsibilities

• Effectively managing and evaluating risk while processing client check deposits and disbursement requests.
• Assess and resolve client issues related to deposits and disbursements by guiding clients through money movement solutions.
• Problem solving and research via internal systems, phone and emails.
• Escalate when warranted and act quickly in a high-risk environment.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with others in a fast-paced setting.
