Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking operations or related operational support.
• Experience with operational analysis, process documentation, or procedure development.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables) and Word.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.

• Document and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflow documentation.
• Support operational processes, reporting activities, and administrative functions.
