Job summary

Narmi is seeking an Implementation Associate in New York to help deliver best-in-class onboardings for banks and credit unions. You will support Project Managers during delivery stages, learn the Narmi platform, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to translate feedback into client value.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in customer support or project management, strong communication, and a curiosity to master digital banking operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in a customer support, project management, or testing/QA role.
• Customer-obsessed mindset focused on client value.
• Excellent communication skills in customer-facing contexts.
• Curiosity to learn technical products and translate deliverables into customer impact.

• Support Project Managers across delivery stages and live deployments.
• Build technical expertise of the Narmi platform and guide client staff.
