TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL. The role involves handling inquiries in a 24/7 call center, offering product information, and performing transactions across savings, checking, loans, and cards.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills. The position starts fully onsite for 6–8 weeks with training, then may transition to a hybrid schedule once internet requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills.
• High speed internet (fiber optic or cable) required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from members in a 24/7 call center.
• Provide information on products and services with active listening and engagement.
• Process transactions for Savings, checking, loans, credit cards and accounts.
• Advise members on suitable products and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle a daily call volume of 80-100+ calls.
